<p>1 piept de pui cu os</p>
<p>1/2 ardei gras verde (ca sa nu iasa iute, daca ar fi fost rosu)</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare</p>
<p>1 borcan mic de smantana</p>
<p>2 linguri de faina</p>
<p>1 lingurita rasa de sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita rasa de condiment pentru pui ( de exemplu: Galeo de la Kamis Condimente)</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita rasa de praf de usturoi</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:&nbsp; <br />
	</strong></p>
<p>Se fierbe pieptul de pui intr-o oala cu apa si sare timp de 20 minute. Intre timp se taie ceapa si ardeiul gras cat mai marunt. Dupa cele 20 minute, se scoate pieptul de pui si se curata carnea de pe os, dupa care se taie cubulete.</p>
<p>Intr-o tigaie, se pune la calit putin ulei si ceapa pana cand aceasta se rumeneste, se adauga ardeiul si pieptul de pui si se lasa la rumenit. Deoarece ardeiul contine apa nu va mai fi nevoie sa adaugam apa in compozitie. Se adauga condimentul pentru pui si praful de usturoi. Dupa vreo 5 minute adaugam smantana amestecata dinainte cu faina pentru a&nbsp; nu face cocoloase. Se amesteca bine si se mai lasa vreo 5-10 minute in tigaie. Focul trebuie sa fie potrivit, nici prea tare, nici prea slab.</p>

<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se lasa la dezghetat foile de aluat la temperatura camerei. Foile nu trebuie sa se incalzeasca pentru ca se lipesc. Deci se lucreaza cat timp sunt reci. Se taie in 8 dreptunghiuri sau mai multe, ambele aluaturi la fel. Se umple cate un dreptunghi cu mere rase si nuci macinate si se acopera cu un alt dreptunghi. Marginile se lipesc bine pentru a nu se scurge compozitia la copt. </p>
<p>Se unge tava cu putin ulei, se adauga placintele care se ung la randul lor cu ulei pe deasupra. Tava se introduce in cuptorul bine incalzit la foc moderat. Dupa 15 minute, placintele de intorc pe cealalta parte pentru a se rumeni si se mai lasa 10-15 minute. Se verifica tot timpul pentru a nu se arde. </p>
<p>Se pot unge cu miere de albine sau se presara zahar pudra.</p>

30-40g razatura de nuca de cocos</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se pune apa si zaharul intr-o oala, la foc moderat, pentru a se face sirop, timp de 20 minute in care se mai amesteca cu o paleta de lemn si nu cu lingura. </p>
<p>Se stinge focul si <strong>se presara</strong> lapte praf amestecat cu cacao <strong>treptat</strong> si se amesteca pentru a nu face cocoloase. Dupa ce am pus tot laptele praf si cacao amestecam sa devina o crema omogena dupa care adaugam margarina taiata cubulete pentru a se topi mai repede si esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Se tapeteaza tava cu putina margarina si se toarna compozitia ciocolatei din oala. Presaram nucile prajite deasupra ciocolatei si razatura de nuca de cocos. Se lasa la rece pentru a se intari, recomand cam o noapte. Se poate taia cubulete.</p>
<p>Se pot adauga: alune, stafide, arahide, rahat, fructe, menta etc&#8230; ce va pofteste inima. Pofta buna!</p>

<p>1 kg ciolan vita cu carne</p>
<p>1 kg burta pre-fiarta</p>

<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se fierbe ciolanul de vita intr-o oala mare de 4-5 litri de apa (ies minim 15 portii de ciorba) pana se desprinde carnea de pe el, cam 2-3 ore, timp in care se spumeaza constant. Se scoate ciolanul si se adauga burta (taiata in felii cat mai subtiri si mai scurte) si legumele intregi. Carnea de pe ciolan se marunteste si se adauga in oala. Dupa ce au fiert legumele, se paseaza la robot si se adauga inapoi in oala impreuna cu gogosarii taiati marunt.</p>
<p>Separat se amesteca usturoiul taiat marunt, galbenusurile si smantana pana se obtine o pasta omogena, dupa care se adauga treptat cate un polonic de supa, pentru ca smantana sa se incalzeasca treptat si sa nu se branzeasca (vreo 4-5 polonice de supa).</p>
<p>Se adauga toata compozitia in oala de ciorba si otetul, sarea si piperul (dupa gust) si se mai da un clocot.</p>
<p>Se serveste alaturi de ardei iute si smantana.</p>

<p>1 pahar de otet</p>
<p>300-400 ml ulei</p>
<p>1 cana zahar</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se coc gogosarii si ardeii capia, se curata si se taie marunt (sau se da prin masina de tocat). Daca nu doriti sa coaceti, le curatati, taiati sau dati la masina. Se pun la fiert in ulei, se adaugaÂ  ardeii iuti, bulionul si zaharul. La urma adaugam otetul si mai fierbem 15 min. Daca am copt ardeii si gogosarii, operatiunea de fierbere dureaza 1 ora -1 ora si jumatate, daca nu coacem si le taiem direct cam 2 ore.</p>
<p>Sterilizam 6-7 borcane mari (sau 12-13 mici) la cuptor vreo jumatate de ora. Turnam compozitia fierbinte in borcanele fierbinti. Inchidem bine capacele si le bagam la cuptor pentru o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Dupa ce se racesc, le depozitam.</p>

Se toaca vinetele (recomand operatiunea direct la robot), se adauga<strong> o ceapa medie</strong> taiata marunt, ardeii capia taiati marunt, <strong>50 &#8211; 75 ml ulei</strong>, <strong>1 lingura rasa de sare</strong>. Se mixeaza bine pana cand se amesteca toate si devine omogena. Se incearca treptat pentru a fi &#8230; dupa gustul fiecaruia. <p>sare dupa gust, boabe de piper</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se curata si se spala gogosarii, ciupercile si ceapa. Vinetele se coc dupa care se curata. Se da fiecare prin masina de tocat sau la robot. Se pune ceaunul mare la incins cu uleiul, apoi adaugam ceapa. Dupa ce se caleste ceapa, adauga vinetele si gogosarii tocati iar dupa vreo jumatate de ora ciupercile. Amestecam compozitia mereu si adaugam treptatÂ  pasta de tomate. La urma, daca mai trebuie, mai adaugam sare. Durata totala de fierbere: 1 ora-1 ora si jumatate.</p>
<p>Sterilizam borcanele in cuptor jumatate de ora. Le scoatem din cuptor fierbinti si le umplem cu zacusca fierbinte. Le punem capacele bine si le bagam la cuptor pentru inca o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Ies cam 7-8 borcane mari.</p>

<p>2.5 kg peste,</p>
<p>5 kg gogosari,</p>
<p>0.5 kg ceapa,</p>
<p>0.5 kg morcovi,</p>

<p>aprox 200 ml ulei,</p>
<p>1 borcan mare pasta de tomate,</p>
<p>2-3 foi de dafin, piper boabe.</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se curata pestii, se taie in bucati si se lasa vreo 12 ore intr-o oala cu apa si otet in procente egale cat sa acopere pestii. Se mai adauga cateva foi de dafin , piper si sare. Se fierb bine in aceeasi compozitie, dupa care se curata de oase. Se face o pasta la robot.</p>
<p>Gogosarii se coc, se lasa la racit intr-o oala cu capac dupa care se curata de coaja si seminte. Se dau prin masina de tocat sau la robot. Se curata ceapa si se taie marunt si morcovii se dau prin razatoare.</p>
<p>Se pune ceaunul mare cu ulei la incins. Se calesc ceapa si morcovii, se adauga pasta de peste si gogosarii tocati si se amesteca. Dupa vreo ora adaugam si pasta de tomate si sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Spalam borcanele, le lasam la scurs si apoi le bagam intr-o tava la cuptor, cu gura in sus, pentru a se steriliza.</p>
<p>Dupa ce am terminat compozitia, umplem borcanele fierbinti cu zacusca  fierbinte, le sigilam bine cu ajutorul capacelor si le bagam inapoi in  cuptor timp de o jumatate de ora. Se lasa la racit si apoi le depozitam.</p>
<p><strong>Concluzia:</strong> Ies cam 6-7 borcane mari sau 13-14 mici.</p>

<p>sare dupa gust, boabe de piper.</p>
<p><strong>Operatiunea:</strong></p>
<p>Se coc vinetele si ardeii capia si se lasa la inmuiat. Ardeii se curata mai usor daca sunt lasati la racit intr-o oala cu capac. Se curata vinetele si ardeii de coaja si <em>seminte</em> (in cazul ardeilor) care se vor lasa la scurs.</p>
<p>Se taie ceapa marunt si se dau morcovii prin razatoare.</p>
<p>Se pune ceaunul mare cu ulei la incins, se adauga ceapa si morcovii care se calesc.</p>
<p>Ardeii si vinetele se pot mixa la robot sau pot fi date prin masina de tocat. Compozitia lor se adauga in ceaun, intai ardeii si apoi vinetele. In caz ca ramane surplus de vinete, il dam deoparte astfel incat in ceaun sa mai putem adauga si pasta de tomate, sare si sa putem amesteca timp de o ora-o ora si jumate pana se mai leaga zacusca, fara sa dam pe aragazÂ  <img src='http://www.blogdemamica.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  .</p>
<p>Spalam borcanele, le lasam la scurs si apoi le bagam intr-o tava la cuptor, cu gura in sus, pentru a se steriliza.</p>
<p>Dupa ce am terminat compozitia, umplem borcanele fierbinti cu zacusca fierbinte, le sigilam bine cu ajutorul capacelor si le bagam inapoi in cuptor timp de o jumatate de ora. Se lasa la racit si apoi le depozitam.</p>
<p><strong>Concluzia:</strong> Ies cam 8-9 borcane mari sau 18 mici.</p>
